NAZAR UK EXPERT CONSULT LTD ("we", "us") is a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16610948), registered office: Forest House Business Centre, 8 Gainsborough Road, London E11 1HT. What data we collect

Eligibility check answers — your residency status category, whether you hold a previous degree, self-assessed English level, your stated goal.
Contact details — email address, Telegram username or phone number, and postcode/area where you choose to provide them.
Booking details — if you book a consultation, your name, email and chosen time via our scheduling provider (Cal.com).
Cookies and analytics — only if you accept cookies, we use Meta Pixel and/or Google tags to measure advertising performance.

Why we process it (lawful basis)

To assess your eligibility and respond to your enquiry — legitimate interest / steps prior to a contract.
To contact you about your enquiry and consultation — legitimate interest.
Advertising measurement cookies — your consent (you can decline; the site works fully without them).

Who we share data with

Service providers that operate this site's functions: Formspree (form delivery), Cal.com (booking), Make.com and Google Sheets (secure processing of enquiries), hosting provider.
Partner institutions — only with your knowledge, where needed to progress your application, and only under a data processing agreement.
We never sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after your last interaction, then deleted, unless you become a client (in which case records are kept as required for contractual and legal purposes).

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any right, email office@nazarukconsult.co.uk. You may also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
